There’s a stall in the Negros Farmers weekend market that everybody flocks to – it’s the Sant Jordi stall that sells really good burgers and tasty rib sandwiches!
Every weekend – the shop opens up and Mr.Hans Schulze and his dedicated crew spend the day flipping burgers. Their stall always draws a crowd eager for their freshly cooked juicy hamburgers.
The burgers that we usually get are their reasonably priced 120 php burgers – we have them with Jalapeno peppers to give it a little extra zing. Everything is freshly made right in front of you.
The burgers are quite substantial. They’re great washed down with a glass of Roselle Juice! 🙂
Mr. Hanzs Schulze is also involved in their family butchery business and in their stall they also display the meat products that they sell. They make sausages, chorizo, beef bacon and all sorts of good stuff.
One thing that you mustn’t miss out on when you visit their stall are their pulled rib sandwiches! The juicy barbecued meat is covered with a nice sweet-smoky sauce and placed into a freshly baked bun.
