Café Ganin is a coffee farm that offers coffee and tours of a coffee plantation! They’re located in Purok Michelle, Hda. Conchita, Dulao, Bago City.
Café Ganin has a coffee shop located in the coffee plantation grounds. Here guests can sit and enjoy a cup of Liberica coffee and some traditional Filipino Snacks.
You can walk among the coffee trees and check out the coffee berries.
The coffee plants at Café Ganin are Liberica coffee plants and they produce particularly strong coffee. Known locally as kapeng barako, the coffee packs a punch!
Café Ganin also has educational materials showing how Coffee was processed in the old-fashioned, native way. You can see how the beans are processed and pressed in wooden presses.

And pounded using a pestle!
The beans are then removed from their skins…
Or winnowed using the wind in an old fashioned manner.
So much work goes into producing a cup of coffee at Café Ganin
You can enjoy the coffee directly on site in little coffee bags.
Remove the coffee bag once all the coffee has been filtered and enjoy!
You can also purchase ready to drink coffee from Cafe Ganin.
