The Smokehouse by Culinaria BCD serves smoked meats in Bacolod City! They have smoked chicken, smoked porkchops, smoked chicken potato salad and so much more stuff! They’re located on 15th street, Bacolod City in the BazketBCD foodcourt.
The smokehouse is located to the side of the main BazketBcd food court. This makes it a welcome oasis in the sea of chaos as not many people go to this area!
The menu of The Smokehouse is here! The priciest item on the menu is the Smoked Tomahawk Steak at 1499 but the ribs and chicken are at a low 280php. The next item is the Smoked Sous Vide Porkchop at just 245 with the lowest priced item being the smoked cumin sausage at 120 php
The Owners Enzo Campos and Jillia Lim do their smoking in house and on Site!
They heat up the smoked meats by re-grilling them on a charcoal grill.
We ordered everything on the menu!
Smoked Porkchop – Nice and smokey flavour with a visible pink smoke ring! Only “smokers” know what we’re talking about. Soft and tender too but ask them to chop it up for easier eating. Don’t forget to gnaw the bone as there is a lot of meat!
Smoked Chicken – Sous vide chicken until very soft and tender and then smoked to perfection. Not as salty as chicken inasal but softer and smokier. Pair it with the selection of delicious sauces!
Smoked Chicken Potato Salad. – If you like baby potatoes, this very filling potato salad is up your alley. Loaded with potatoes and shredded smoked chicken, you won’t miss rice at all with this dish!
Smoked Sausage – Real homemade smoked sausage. This is like chorizo bilbao but not as salty. Pair this with another dish as this may not be enough to fill you up.
There’s several kinds of sauces – Carolina golden, Grandpa john’s sauce, pair them with the smoked meats.. Find the flavor that you like!
