BC smokehouse has these awesome Bao buns! An order gets you four delicious bao buns stuffed with SMOKED pulled pork on a bed of coleslaw. These are SO good! We’re currently obsessed with them!
The coleslaw provides crunch and its mild flavor is a pleasant contrast to the rich, meaty flavor of the bao buns. Addicting and highly recommended! These smoked, pulled pork bao buns is one of BC smokehouse’s best sellers!
If you’re in the mood for a more substantial snack, try BC Smokehouse’s Smoked Angus Brisket loaded fries. This delicious snack is made of fried potato wedges, Bc Smokehouse’s smoked pepper paste, Homemade pickled Jalapeño peppers and topped with smoked angus brisket!
It’s a very substantial dish. We especially liked the homemade pickled peppers. They tasted fresher and more natural than the Jalapeño peppers that come in a glass bottle.
We love noodles and we recommend you guys try the Smoked Pork Rib Chow Mein noodles at BC Smokehouse. We ordered a bowl and as we were driving home, the car filled with a delicious aroma. It made us super excited to try the noodles!
An order of noodles consists of smoked angus belly chunks laid on a bed made of saucy Chow Mein noodles and vegetables. It looks very good. This bowl is so full, an order is actually good for two people.
The noodles are firm and chewy and everything tastes really good together. Make sure you mix everything together before eating because the sauce is kind of concentrated near the top.
There’s a lot more to see on BC smokehouse’s menu so please check them out. They have pasta, salads and a lot of tasty treats. If you’re interested in ordering you can get in touch with them via their Facebook page and Instagram.
BC Smokehouse opening times are from Tues – Sat (11AM-6PM). Pick up and deliveries only.
