D’Crunch: Authentic Italian Pizza in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental!

We’re crazy about This time we’re featuring D’Crunch Pizza – a pizzeria located in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental!  This pizza place is so popular that we drove down to La Carlota City to try their famous pizzas.

D’ Crunch is located in a little strip mall area beside the Globe office in La Carlota City.  The place is simple. They have plain wooden tables, benches and no air conditioning. This simplicity does not deter customers at the very least – they are coming for the pizza!

D’crunch has 15 flavors of pizza and 5 sizes of pizza.  The biggest pizza that they have available is a 30 inch XXL pizza. Check out the picture below to get a sense of how big a 30 inch pizza is.

We got three of their most popular pizza flavors.  Pepperoni, Bacon Pizza and the Meat Pizza.  

D’crunch’s pepperoni pizza is a work of art.  There’s a generous amount of pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, onions and bell peppers. The handmade pie is deliciously thin and crunchy.

The second pie we tried was D’Crunch’s Meat Pizza. Picky eaters who don’t like to eat vegetables will enjoy this pizza which has assorted meats.

The toppings of D’Crunch’s Meat Pizza are Bacon, Ham, Salami and hungarian sausage 

Our absolute favourite pizza is the simple Bacon and Garlic pizza.  The strong taste of the garlic goes very well with the savory, meaty taste of the bacon.

We love little places like these.  We love going around and finding small Mom and pop type stores that are better than big food franchises.   D’Crunch pizza although small can certainly go head to head with some of the bigger names in the industry.

While we were eating our pizzas a tricycle pulled up.  An entire family was going on an outing and they bought an entire 30 inch pizza! This is the true test of how popular a place is – it’s the customers. If the customers love your place they will keep coming back.
