Lord Byron’s, the first restaurant that started the back ribs craze has opened its second restaurant in Bacolod! Here are our impressions of our visit to their new branch, located beside Riverside Hospital on San Agustin Street.
Lord Byron’s is known for its meaty, tender back ribs that is coated with a sweetish barbecue sauce. This classic taste, perfected over a decade is what gives Lord Byron’s ribs an almost universal appeal. This dish has become very common in Bacolod with numerous restaurants serving up their own version. Lord Byron’s Ribs however still retains the quality and taste that it had over the years.

Besides ribs, Lord Byron’s also has new and interesting items on their menu. We were surprised to see that besides back ribs they had beef and chicken kebabs, something that isn’t normally found in Bacolod.
The beef kebabs were good. Soft and tender beef chunks skewered and grilled and served with a creamy garlic sauce on a bed of salad. It also comes with garlic rice and a pita bread.

There’s a lot of new things to order in Lord Byron’s new menu such as Cansi soup, Sizzling Bangus, Stuffed Squid and cheeseburgers. We opted to try Sisig. The sisig tasted okay, with plenty of nice chili peppers and just the right amount fat to meat ratio.

Try out Lord Byron’s Today!
