We’ve previously written about Das Bürgery, the elusive, hard to catch stall at Ayala’s weekend markets. Well, for fans of their burgers – they have finally opened up a store where they can serve you burgers anytime you want! No more waiting for weekends – Das Bürgery’s new store is located at the Monfort Motors Bldg., Lacson St., Mandalagan (beside Monterey Meatshop and BPI . Bank).

The place has several seats around the walls for customers.

We ordered a couple of burgers from Das Bürgery’s menu .
My friend got “The BMO experience” burger (180 php) which is a combination of their “Lorenzo’s way” burger (150 php) and their “Pork barrel burger.”

It was really good! My friend liked the creamy cheese sauce and the sweetness of the caramelized onions. The bacon was a nice touch too! (Everybody loves bacon!) The lettuce was fresh and crisp. This is a really good burger – this is one of Das Bürgery’s mid-range cost burgers.
I ordered the “Plunder burger” – Das Bürgery’s highest priced burger at 230 php. This big daddy of a burger is made up of TWO beef patties and a whole lot of cheese sauce, caramelized onions, bacon and lettuce. I was not disappointed.

The Plunder burger is VERY filling and packed to the brim with lots of tasty things. I felt full for hours. This is really a world-class burger. It’s amazing!

For Dessert we highly recommend their ice cream from the Das Creamery section of their menu. They’ve got a lot of flavors and the ones that we got were the strawberry cheesecake and the peanut butter ice cream. They may not look like much in this picture but if you do give them a try, you will find that they are actually very rich and creamy, silky smooth ice cream. Don’t leave without trying their ice cream. My friend liked the strawberry cheese cake while I preferred the rich nutty taste of the peanut butter ice cream!

Das Bürgery is open from 11am to 8pm. Contact numbers are 0917-323-7771 / 0908-811-5334 / 034-708-6328 or you could contact them via their facebook page.
