Captain Jack’s Seafood and Barbecue is a new restaurant located at the Billboards – the newest dining spot in Bacolod.  Captain Jack serves seafood and barbecue at amazing, student friendly prices!

Captain Jack’s is set up to have a nautical/pirate theme. Posters of Disney’s Captain Jack Sparrow hang on the walls, Captain Jack Sparrows black pearl is seen on a massive picture – even his face is on the restaurant’s logo!

We tried out their delicious giant barbecue.  This is a popular dish with generously sized chunks of grilled meat and vegetables! This is one of their house specialties.

They also have delicious student friendly meals priced attractively at 70 pesos.  We tried a couple of their best selling dishes.

Chicken A la Pobre. A tasty filling dish. Strips of chicken cooked with a creamy sauce and topped with fried garlic.

Everyone’s favourite: Sisig. This sisig is served the way Negrenses love it. Soft – with a creamy texture. Also priced at 70 php.
