New Natures Hotpot Restaurant is located on Narra St. Capitol Shopping Center. It has been a fixture of the Bacolod Dining scene for many years. Heck, even my parents love going to Nature’s.
The restaurant itself is a bit run down and a lot of work needs to be done regarding on improving the surroundings. However this didn’t deter the hordes of fans that it has! There were quite a lot of people enjoying their All Souls day lunch when we visited.
The food is quite cheap with a typical dish costing about 150 -200 pesos. The serving size too is quite large. However the service is atrocious. We had to call the water and ask him THREE times to please bring our drinks.
We ordered the shrimp lollipop which consisted of ground up “meat” shaped into a ball around a popsicle stick. It was okay, however we wished that they should have cut off the popsicle stick properly as there were some strands of wood still extending from the roughly broken in two sticks.
New Nature’s Hot Pot restaurant is an okay place to eat. It’s not for everyone’s tastes but the cheap prices and the good food has its fans. Even my parents love it.
