Ebisu Bacolod is now open! For months My friend and I were excitedly waiting for them to open. They’re located on Buri Road, Barangay Mandalagan, Bacolod city. We would drive by their location and see this mysterious black building under construction. We would also see the ads for chefs and dancers.
Walking into Ebisu, we were amazed by the stunning lighting and interior design! It’s vibrant and neon, yet surprisingly relaxing and not overly garish. Very classy! 
For me the interior of Ebisu feels futuristic and yet retro/nostalgic at the same time! Probably because they were playing Japanese City pop before the bands performed. 
But seriously, Ebisu has some serious Bladerunner/Cyberpunk vibes.
Music is the main highlight of Ebisu. There’s a huge stage with a gigantic LED wall that changes designs and colors as the bands perform. The lighting throughout the entire restaurant is synced with the music, so every beat makes the lights pulse and shift in color. It creates an incredible atmosphere!
The menu features a mix of Japanese, Filipino, Korean, and modern fusion dishes. Ebisu Bacolod takes pride in its salmon, which is sourced all the way from Norway. We ordered a little bit of everything across their menu and some drinks too!
The food was great! It’s a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it!
