All of the ingredients go in a big pot and it is boiled for several hours until the soup is ready!

To make authentic Bacolod Beef Cansi, You will need salt and pepper, beef, peppers, beef bones, beef, margarine, batuan and that’s it! Just boil them all together. Each bowl of Cansi at Eron’s Cansi house costs around 470 for the big bowl (good for 2-3 people)

Eron’s Cansi house is also popular because it has a big lunch counter with all sorts of Filipino dishes. People can order Filipino food to go with their Cansi. There’s lumpia, kinilaw, seaweed salad and many more items on the menu!

Eron’s Cansi House has a big dining area. You aren’t limited to the main dining area though! There’s a somewhat secret, free to use SECOND FLOOR that has air-conditioning! To use it, just ask the staff of Eron’s Cansi house!

The second floor area can seat around 30 people but it may be hard to get service in this area as most of the staff stay downstairs. Nevertheless, this is a nice alternative dining area when the downstairs area gets too crowded.

There’s also a little bar area in Eron’s Cansi house where you can order drinks! Underneath the bar is the owner’s Harley Motorcycle! Behind the bar is another outdoor dining area.

The ground floor of Eron’s Cansi house also has paintings from the Art association of Bacolod! If you’re looking for souvenirs, you can buy these paintings!

The owner of Eron’s Cansi house also commissioned some clay fridge magnets for visitors! These clay fridge magnets were made by local artist extraordinaire Ramon de los Santos.
