Mr Hamza🦁 is a Shawarma spot located at 50 Burgos Street, inside Agnes Cakes and Pastries. You might not even spot it unless you notice the small sign that proudly declares, “Authentic Jordanian Shawarma.” 🇯🇴🌯
The owner Mr. Hamza is from Jordan. He makes everything from the pita wraps and also the garlic sauce!🧄(The garlic sauce is not sweet at all lol. )
They also have real tahini sauce – that thick, nutty sesame seed paste that’s a mark of authenticity in our city. 🌟 (only two restaurants serve it. One is Tita pita).
Mr. Hamza only has two items on the menu – Chicken and beef shawarma – both are very good – We like the chicken shawarma which is light and flavorful and the beef shawarma is very good too, both are seasoned using authentic Middle eastern spices.
The pita bread here is soft, flaky, and almost pastry-like. Unlike any other wraps you’ll find in Bacolod City. 🥙
Because of the spices, both wraps are very fragrant – the whole place was filled with an irresistible, mouth watering scent as the shawarma cooked!
You can order through their Facebook messenger or delivery via Maxim. Location: 50 Burgos Avenue (Agnes Chocolate Cake & Pastries) across from Konting Kuskos and beside a laundry shop.
