Woodfire: Pizza and Coffee to go in Bacolod City

Woodfire is a pizza place in Bacolod City that first had humble beginnings. Woofire was started during the pandemic in a little garage area on CL Montelibano avenue. Now they have two branches in Bacolod City, and we visited each one!

The first and oldest branch of Woodfire is located on CL Montelibano Drive Greensville 1, Bacolod City, Philippines

It is a small, open-air affair with only two tables. Most of the orders here are take-out. There are occasional dine-in orders.

Woodfire’s first branch is located at CL Montelibano Drive Greensville 1, Bacolod City, Philippines. They’re open Tuesdays to Sundays 11:00am to 7:00pm 📞 09151021004

The Woodfire menu is quite elaborate for such a small place. They have nine kinds of pizza, three kinds of Pasta, 2 kinds of cookies and 10 kinds of coffee drinks!

The menu at the counter

The pizzas are quite affordable. The menu prices range from 200 pesos to 310 pesos for a 12 inch pie.

Woodfire’s pasta is good too! The prices range from 185-200 pesos. At this branch they serve the pizza and pasta in take out containers.

Woodfire has lots of Coffee flavors and you can pair it with a pack of their cookies!

Spanish Latte

Woodfire’s cookies have big and chunky chocolate chips! They’re the perfect dessert paired with coffee.

The second branch of woodfire is much further away. It’s across the city. They’re located at the SRDCI building in City Heights. See the map below! Unlike their first branch this is a much more polished and traditional restaurant.

Opens Tuesdays to Sundays 11:00am to 7:00pm 📞 09213945556

There are all sorts of cool things to see at Woodfire’s second branch or as the owners call it, Woodfire 2.0. Some tables are repurposed sewing machines.

At Woodfire 2.0 you can watch the cooks prepare your pizza using ooni ovens. These very hot ovens can cook your pizza within a couple of minutes. It’s very cool to see the cooks use their pizza peels to rotate the pies, making sure that everything is properly cooked!

The pizza at woodfire comes out hot and fast. We love the sauce that comes with it. It’s Hot Honey – or honey with chili flakes in it. It gives the pizza a sweet and spicy taste.

If you’re not in the mood for pizza you can have a calzone. In the Philippines a “Calzone” is usually just a folded over pizza.

They also have pasta at Woodfire 2.0!

There’s more desserts at Woodfire 2.0 and we highly recommend their ice creams! The ice cream is thick and creamy and an absolute delight to eat. They also have Ice cream floats!

Woodfire is a great place to stop and have pizza. Give them a try the next time you’re in Bacolod City.
