There’s a lot of Filipino breads! Seen in the picture: Ube and calamansi Piaya, Sambag, hopia, ube pandesal, ensaymada, pandesal, mamon, coco bread and a lot more!

Ensaymada is a sweet Philippine bread dusted with powdered sugar. It’s a delicious treat that is available at Madam’s Bakeshop.

Piaya is a unique native delicacy that comes from the island of Negros Occidental.

Two kinds of piaya are available at Madam’s Bakeshop. They have an ube filled purple piaya and a green, calamansi flavored piaya.

Here’s a bread at Madam’s Bakeshop that combines sweet and salty! Bitchokoy is a fried bread that is stuffed with cheese and covered with powdered sugar. Very tempting and addicting. It is so good with coffee!

Madam’s Bakeshop also sells mini cakes which are perfect for those who want a small, snack sized cake without eating a lot. They have Yema cakes, ube Pastillas cakes, Graham De Leche, Mango Cakes, chocolate cakes and a lot more!

Madam’s Bakeshop also sells popular desserts such as the Korean garlic bread. This is a sweet-savory dessert with plenty of cream cheese in a freshly baked bun.
