Hisbrew cafe is an amazing neighborhood coffee shop in Eroreco subdivision, Bacolod City that serves delicious meals, coffee and freshly baked breads and pastries.
We passed by this small coffee shop and we were impressed by their meals, drinks and their fresh baked bread. It’s amazing to see a small neighborhood coffee shop that elevates themselves above the usual pan de sal or Nescafe 3 in 1 coffee.

We snuck a look at their fresh baked breads. They have the Filipino style breads such as pandesal and some sweet rolls.

We got a sweet roll and a bread pudding for starters. They’re not bad. The rolls and the pudding are “heavier” than your normal breads found in the local bread shops. Quite nice and filling.

Hisbrew’s main “bread” is their cheesy garlic buns. These should definitely be on your plate when you come and visit. These buns are savory because of the garlic and butter but they also have a little sweetness. They’ve got gooey mozzarella cheese inside too!

If you feel you can’t finish a large cheesy bun, Hisbrew sells small versions of these cheesy buns. They’re so good! And they’re only 25 php for a miniature bun.

Delicious! These mini-buns are extremely addicting!

This bread pudding has sliced almonds and a mild, nutty taste. 20php

Hisbrew also has several meals on their menu like pizza and several kinds of pasta. The prices are very reasonable and the menu offers a good variety of dishes.
We got the Bolognese pasta. It was a decent sized portion and it came with two slices of bread and freshly grated cheese on top.

Of course, what would a coffee shop be without coffee? Hisbrew cafe has cappuccino, teas, lemonades, milkshakes, espresso and regular brewed coffee.

Hisbrew has fruity milkshakes which are thick and creamy. We tried the mango milkshake. It had a huge dollop of whipped cream and mango syrup. Quite nice and not too overly sweet.

Their lemonades are quite interesting. This is Hisbrew’s Mango butterfly pea lemonade and it comes with a cherry, a blue ternate flower (the butterfly pea) and some lemons as garnish. There’s lashings of syrup at the bottom of the glass. Very nice and refreshing.

Hisbrew Cafe is located at 26-06 Margarita street, Eroreco Subdivision, Bacolod City Negros Occdental, Philippines.
