What’s old is new again as restaurant Sage Brasserie (now known as Sage & Co.) opens its doors once more in a new location: Eroreco subdivision!
Sage & Co is located at Margarita street in a three story building across from Hearthstone academy. You can’t miss it – the restaurant is very visible from the street.
Inside is a tiny mini garden with lots of plants and a simple gray and wood theme for the restaurant and mini bar.

For those who want something a little more intimate, there is a small function room with air conditioning.

Currently, Sage & Co is on their soft opening. We ordered some of their meals to try. We found the food to be just ok for the price. There’s a lot of Filipino comfort food and popular dishes.
Sage has its own version of Sisig. It’s a little meatier than the usual sisig and it comes with an egg and rice.

The Pot roast comes with some vegetables rice. It’s a bit like adobo.

We were impressed by Sage & Co’s crispy pata. It is huge and it can feed around 3 people! The skin is crispy and there is a generous amount of meat. It comes with two sauces, a vinegar based one and the ubiquitous mang tomas sarsa sauce.

Sage & Co is located at Margarita street, Eroreco Subdivision Bacolod City. (Across from HearthStone Academy)
Opening hours: 11am-9pm Mondays to Saturdays
