For ten days Chino’s Deli will be here in Bacolod serving their famous gourmet deli sandwiches! Chino’s Deli is a famous deli from Cagayan De oro City and they have established a small, temporary pop-up store on Lacson street! Now you can try their famous sandwiches during Masskara!
Chino’s Deli makes all their meat! Everything is cured and created by them and they flew over a lot of the ingredients for this Masskara!
During our visit to their pop-up store, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They brought over all of their best sellers for the people of Bacolod to try!
We ordered two of their best selling sandwiches. I got The Ultimate and Chino’s famous Beef Pastrami.
Chino Deli’s The Ultimate is a big sandwich with angus beef, bacon, mushrooms, caramelized onions, cheese and gravy. It is VERY filling.
The Beef Pastrami sandwich is extremely delicious! The meat is well seasoned and you can taste the smoky flavor of the meat. It comes with a ranch dressing which really enhances the flavor! Each bite was very enjoyable!
