HQ cafe and resto is the newest restaurant to pop up along C.L. Montelibano street in Bacolod City. This open air, breezy restaurant serves good quality food at amazing, student friendly prices.
If you go down C.L. Montelibano Street, you can’t miss HQ cafe and resto. It’s a simple restaurant with a large parking area and a distinct simplistic look.
The interior keeps decorations to a minimum. The restaurant has huge open spaces which allows the air to freely come in and cool off the diners. Simple but effective.
HQ cafe and Resto has a diverse menu consisting of international dishes Filipinos like to eat as well as Filipino Pub food. The prices are quite low, with main course dishes priced attractively between 119 and 159 pesos. That’s amazingly cheap!
We tried three of their main dishes and they were quite ok. Very affordable.
HQ cafe and resto manages to balance quality and affordability quite nicely. The food isn’t spectacular but with HQ’s low prices, you will leave full and with a smile on your face.

Open from 10am – 9pm, Mondays to Saturdays.
