Here’s an exclusive sneak peek inside Jin Long Hotpot PH, Bacolod’s newest hotpot spot! We had such a great time when we visited!!

They’re currently on their soft opening and they have an amazing introductory price of 600 pesos! Come and try them!

Jin Long Hotpot is located in Bacolod City: 📍Unit 6-8 Anahaw Arcade, Anahaw Street, Bacolod City (in front of Taoist Temple near Shophouse Heritage)

At Jin Long Hotpot like all hotpot places, you pick your meats, vegetables and balls and cook them in a flavored broth.

There’s a lot of meat available! We got US Beef belly, US lean beef, Pork belly and lean pork!
This is the standard setup for a diner.
Only hold the pot by the rounded lid tip, and the side handles. For your safety, avoid moving the hotpot once it is in position. Call the waiter for any assistance!

Dining at Jin Long Hotpot is even more fun when you’re with friends! You can get different broths and try each one!

Here we got the Szechuan🌶️, Original and tomato soups 🍅. Our favorite has got to be the tomato with szechuan coming a close second.

As the soup boils down and the water evaporates, the tastes become concentrated so it becomes super good!

Here are the assortment of items you can cook in your hotpot.

Remember, items that cook longer like beef and vegetables go first in the pot and quick to cook items like balls go in last.

More ingredients – Fishcake, crab sticks, tofu and shiitake mushrooms
Be sure not to mix tongs and always shut the door once you’re getting ingredients

We love the fish cake, the cheeseballs and the fish roe ones!

Go all out – it’s unlimited!

Hotpot involves dipping the cooked balls and meats in a sauce! You can make your own or pick the house blend one. We love the house blend but our favorite has got to be our own special sauce.

Here’s how to make it:

-Sesame sauce + Barbecue sauce + onions.

That’s it. Try it – it’s super good!

Once the soup is all gone, it’s time for a refill!

The refill is vegetable broth and it adds more deliciousness to the concentrated soup bases


There’s also side dishes available at Jin Long Hotpot PH! They have different kinds of Karaage, crazy roll and tempura. There’s classic karaage, Lemon Karaage, Honey butter Karaage and sweet and sour karaage!
