burgers. The flames leap high on the grill as Maue and sons quickly prepare their special signature dishes!
Maue and Sons is run by the Fortun family. The dad, Manuel is accompanied by his sons who help their dad cook, take orders and run the food cart.
The specialty of Maue and Sons are the pork tenderloin skewers! These are marinated and cooked with a special sauce.
