Fogo Grill: Bacolod’s Favorite Latin American and Mexican Restaurant

Fogo Grill is Bacolod’s oldest Latin American and Mexican restaurant. Established in 2013, it is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a reopening at a brand new location. The restaurant is now located in Tindalo Avenue, Bacolod Shopping District in the May Lee Building.

Fogo Grill Bacolod is now located in Tindalo Avenue, Bacolod Shopping Area in the May Lee Building across from Hua Kong.

The new Fogo Grill is a more streamlined and stylish space than the old one. Minimalism is the new trend in Bacolod City, and Fogo Grill has embraced it with its use of bright primary colors. The first area is decorated in bright yellow, located near the road where the bright colors will attract customers. The seats are also painted to match. The yellow evokes a sunny day, and there is a faux window on the wall with plants.

The second and middle area is painted in a calming sea-green color. This color evokes thought or contemplation, and it is an especially apt color as the middle area also houses a mini art gallery decorated with beautiful paintings.

The last room is painted in a pinkish red color and this is where Fogo has its logo. This is also considered as the function or party room because there is a divider. You can book parties and small events in this room. When not in use, you can dine in here.

Remember these? Fogo Grill offers Mexican Sombreros and Ponchos that you can pose with!

Your old favorites are still here at Fogo Grill Bacolod! They have the famous steak Burritos and the crowd favorite Empanaditas!

Empanadas are small, bite-sized beef turnovers. Fogo’s empanaditas are absolutely delightful. They come with a salsa sauce with a splash of yogurt.

One of the best Chili con carnes in Bacolod can be found at Fogo Grill. The Chili con carne is thick, creamy (with lashings of yogurt) and absolutely delicious. This comes with a packet of skyflakes crackers so you can spoon up the chili with them or crumble the crackers into the chili for a delightful crunchy meal.

If you love chicken, you have to try the delicious chicken Fajita at Fogo. Grilled chicken is wrapped in a tortilla, covered with a chili bean sauce, yogurt and salsa.

Carnitas is a tasty Mexican dish made with slow-cooked pork. Fogo Grill simmers its meat in beer to tenderize it and give it a lot of flavor. The name “carnitas” means “little meats” in Spanish, and it’s because the pork is usually cut into small pieces for this dish.

New on their menu is the Churrasco sandwich. It’s a sandwich made with an 8 inch wheat bun, lettuce, cuts of steak and chicken and covered in a creamy mexican sauce.

Quesadilla. 🌮🧀 It’s a delicious creation with a tortilla filled with melted cheese, and you have the option to add savory fillings like chicken or beef. 😍🔥

Carnitas Burrito. 🌯🐖 It’s a mouthwatering delight filled with tender, slow-cooked pork carnitas, along with flavorful ingredients like rice, and salsa

Our epic meal.
