Hannah G Sweets and Cafe Downtown Branch: A Must-Visit for Sweet Tooths in Bacolod City

Hannah G Sweets & Cafe is a popular cafe and sweet shop in Bacolod City. Established in 2021, it serves coffee, cakes, and meals. The cafe first opened in Mansilingan, and due to its popularity, it was able to open a second branch in the Downtown area of Bacolod, at the WYCO building on Rizal Street (beside Andok’s restaurant and before the main entrance of SM North Wing).

Hannah G downtown branch is located at the WYCO building, Rizal Street. Opening Hours: 10:00 am -9:00pm.

The second branch is very easy and convenient to get to, as it is well-served by jeepneys. We were the first customers at the soft opening, and we were happy to try out their best sellers! The service is excellent, but be aware that it can get crowded, so there may be a short wait for your order.

The interior

The interior of Hannah G Sweets is simple and functional, but the main highlight of the store is the area filled with beanbag chairs. This is popular with young groups of friends.

The cakes

There’s so much to see and try at Hannah G sweets. There’s a big display table filled with all sorts of cakes.

Don’t worry about the prices! Hannah G Sweets & Cafe has you covered. They have several sizes of cakes to fit your budget. The smallest size, perfect for sharing, is their Bento cakes. These are perfect if you just want to try out a cake without committing to buying a whole one.

The next sizes are their 6-inch cakes and 8-inch cakes. A 6-inch cake can serve up to 10 people, while an 8-inch cake can serve up to 20 people.

Here are the things we got at Hanna G sweets & cafe.

Chocolate mini donuts, Chocolate mousse, Walnut crunch cake and Ube flan cake

Hannah G Sweets and Cafe’s Chocolate mini donuts are made with a chocolate batter. They are then covered with either chocolate frosting or white frosting, and sprinkled with nuts. They make perfect gifts, and their small size makes them perfect for snacking.

Are you a fan of ube? Ube is a purple yam that is popular in Filipino cuisine. Ube has a sweet, nutty flavor and a vibrant purple color. It is a versatile ingredient that can be used in a variety of sweet dishes.

Hannah G Sweets & Cafe has an ube flan cake with ube frosting, topped with leche flan (egg custard). This unique combination is irresistible!

When you are at Hannah G sweets and cafe, you must try their Walnut crunch cake. This cake is made with caramelized walnuts that are so crunchy and go so well with the soft chocolate cake. The cake has a nice caramel center, and the combination of flavors, textures, and tastes makes it a delicious and tempting dessert. This is Hannah G’s best-selling and most popular cake.

With the scorching heat and the arrival of summer in the Philippines, the people of Bacolod City are going crazy over Halo Halo. At Hanna G Sweets and Cafe, they offer a delightful treat in the form of a tall and generous glass brimming with a multitude of Halo Halo ingredients.

Try Hannah G sweets and Cafe’s Korean Garlic and cream cheese buns!

We had Korean cream cheese buns in Bacolod before, but we didn’t like them because they were too sweet. However, our opinion of Korean cream cheese buns changed after trying Hannah G’s version. Hers is not sweet at all, and it’s super tasty! We definitely recommend trying it the next time you go to Hannah G.

Hannah G Sweets and Cafe serves a timeless favorite loved by students everywhere: Chicken Pesto! This delectable dish features deep-fried slices of chicken cutlets placed on a bed of flavorful pesto pasta and generously sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. To complement the dish, two slices of toast are served on the side.

If you like rich and creamy pasta, check out the spaghetti and meatballs at Hannah G! Hannah G’s cheesy and creamy tomato pasta is topped with meatballs and served with a side of toasted buttered toast.
