There is a lot to try in Chubby’s Menu! They’ve got a lot of dishes that appeal to the carnivore in all of us. 🙂 Each meal is large enough for sharing and it comes with sidings of seasoned corn and coleslaw.
Texas Ribs- 289 php. Smoked Rack of Ribs with Honky Tonk rice. You can select the flavor of your ribs! The flavors available are Home Style BBQ, Honey BBQ, Cayenne BBQ and Chipotle BBQ. The ribs are soft and tender, practically falling off the bone. The smoked flavor of the ribs is a bit subdued however the ribs are still extremely good.Southern Fried Chicken – 199php. Hand Breaded Chicken with creamy country gravy. I love chicken and Chubby’s chicken is perfectly seasoned and breaded. It is extremely delicious! The crisp batter and delicious cream sauce goes so well with the chicken and the rice. Highly recommended.BBQ pulled pork -249php. Smoked pulled pork served with onion rings and the requisite side dishes. The pork was very tender, coated in delicious Homestyle BBQ sauce. You could also select the type of sauce that you want with the pulled pork. This dish was ok.Chubby’s Special – 279php. For those not sure whether they’d like the pulled pork or the ribs get this platter! It’s a great combination of the two. The best of both dishes!
There’s also a big combo platter that you can get. It’s called the Texas platter and it contains all of the stuff we just ate! You get everything! It’s absolutely great for barkadas or for small parties.
