Kabbara Cafe now open at its new location at The Billboards.

Kabbara Cafe is the only restaurant serving authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean dishes here in Bacolod.  We’re proud to announce that they have re-opened in the new branch at The Billboards – corner BS. Aquino Drive and 23rd street.

Kabbara Cafe serves authentic Middle-eastern food.  The owners husband is Lebanese and their ingredients are sourced directly from the middle east.  They are known for having authentic Lebanese shawarma served the Lebanese way with fried potatoes, Arabian pickles and sumac.  It’s really good!  They’ve got tons of other things too!

Hummus – A Traditional dip made with chickpeas, olive oil and sumac. Try some today. This is the most popular dish that they have along with Arayes.

Kabbara Cafe’s Kebab. This is served with a spicy tahina sauce.

Falafel – Call ahead to order this middle eastern crispy crunchy appetizer.

Fish Sayadieh – call ahead to order this dish! it’s fantastic. Tahini sauce, cardamoms, biryani rice and sultanas.

Traditional Kebabs. 🙂

Traditional Lebanese Shawarma. It may not look like much but these are filled with pickles, potatoes and served with a creamy garlic sauce.

The food is ruined with overdose of curly parsley. no flatleaf parsley. Yuk. The owner does not know his ingredients.
