Scoops Ice Cream Bar: Sundaes and other treats.

Ice cream parlors have a soft spot in the Bacolod Food Hunter’s hearts.  Years ago, the only place to get an ice cream sundae was Celyn’s Ice cream house in shopping.

Scoops is an ice cream bar that recently opened in the capitol subdivision building (beside L’fisher and Trattoria Uma).  Since we were in the mood for a little ice cream we decided to drop by.

The staff bustles about getting our order ready.

We were glad to see that Scoops uses Fruits in Ice Cream.  Martin loves FIC especially the butterscotch and the pinoy pinipig flavors.

Yummy looking ice cream!

We ordered 2 of their house specialties based on the waiter’s recommendation.

Fudge brownies and chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup and whipped cream topped with a cherry!

A beautiful and colorful sundae laden with fruit and berries!

So delicious!

Sundae delight!

We had a great time at scoops!   Totally delicious ice cream!
