Balboa restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Mayfair Plaza along Lacson street. We were having our Christmas party and we selected Balboa to be the place where we would have our dinner!
Balboa is conveniently located due to it’s location on Lacson street and there is plenty of parking spaces all around it. The restaurant is well-lit and it has a cheerful atmosphere.
We ordered food for our Christmas party. The food is a bargain – the prices are absolutely low but the quality is good. You get what you pay for. Sulit na Sulit!
My friends couldn’t stop raving about their orders, seafood chowder and the chicken in a basket! It was a huge crowd pleaser and it looked and tasted so good!
Balboa serves good food at rock bottom prices. There’s always something on their menu that can fit your budget. The food is good and the service is excellent. Please, do drop by!
